I very much enjoyed this stationary set. But I'll be truthful about it, I originally purchased it for the simple fact that when my brother joined the army he singled me out specifically and said if I sent him any letters in boot camp, they had better not be anything weird looking. Hence, I got the weirdest/most interesting stationary I could find. Bingo! This was the winner.

But, to the product. Its not as bright green as the picture makes it out to be. Its more darker olive than the lime green in the picture. Which I actually preferred, but that's just me. The paper itself is pretty stiff and I was afraid when I bent it, that is would break instead of making a nice crease, but no worries, it creased fine.

The only serious problem I had with it was it would not absorb ink very well, at least not from normal pens. I ended up buying some fine point writing sharpies and they worked just fine, but I was a little stumped there for a solution. As for the size, I haven't really purchased stationary before so I thought it was a little small, but that was a plus since it was going to my bro in boot camp. It just made it easier to store for him so I was happy about that. (I'll try and put up a picture or video to show the size if I can figure out how later....)

So, all in all, I loved the product, I like buying eco friendly items and even my Grandmother thought the design was visually stunning for a stationary set. More importantly she was delighted to find out I hadn't spent an arm and a leg for it.

Worth the buy? Definitely.
